These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Magik Cowboy mobile application (“App”) provided by Magikinfo LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

The App

Magik Cowboy is a client for third-party services operated by Team Cowboy. Your use of Team Cowboy’s services is subject to their terms and policies. We are not affiliated with Team Cowboy.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms where applicable.

Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magikinfo LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
